The Origin and Process
Heart of Venus Cacao is lovingly crafted in a small village on the shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. Roasted, hand peeled, and packaged by three local families who have a deep reverence for tradition and the spirit of cacao.
The criollo seeds are harvested from the ancient cacao forests of the Patulul Suchitepéquez region in Guatemala, where local families have guarded and cared for the sacred cacao trees for generations.
